Jon Smith Subs is a casual dining, fast table service franchise, committed to serving the highest quality, grilled meat sandwiches and French fries, prepared from fresh ingredients in each restaurant every day. Currently planned to expand to fifty franchise shops in 2017, the original nine restaurants slowly evolved in Florida’s Palm Beach County from two shops founded in 1988, as customers embraced the extraordinary freshness and superior quality of customized sandwiches overstuffed with the absolute highest quality, expertly handled meats. Premium grilled sandwich meats – home marinated sirloin steak, whole chicken breast or albacore tuna, hot pastrami, authentic Italian cold cuts – are served over cheese and farm fresh vegetables on a fresh baked bun.
The journey into freshness began in 1988 when founder, Jon Smith, purchased two sub shops. He transformed the menu, pricing and overall operations, and won customers over. Today Jon Smith Subs is part of the United Franchise Group family of brands and has 9 locations throughout Palm Beach County with plans to expand nationwide.
