Woody’s Bar-B-Q® Debuts Bountiful BBQ Bowls in November
Classic Southern BBQ Chain Invites Patrons to Give Thanks for Something New as it Showcases Trio of New Limited Time Offers at Participating Locations
November 02, 2020 // Franchising.com // Jacksonville, Fl. - During the season of bounty and the month associated with Thanksgiving, Woody’s Bar-B-Q offers patrons something new to give thanks for with the debut of its Bountiful BBQ Bowls. As one of the final acts of its 40th anniversary for the year, the classic Southern BBQ chain is proud to introduce a trio of menu items for a limited time only at participating locations. Kicking off November 2 and running through November 30, the Bowls include Plentiful Pork ‘n Potatoes, Bona Fide Brunswick Stew and Cheesy Beefy Brisket Mac.
“November is the perfect time to showcase three new menu items that represent comfort food to the core,” said Yolanda Mills-Mawman. “Each dish is designed to warm our guests from the inside out. While they represent original and imaginative combinations, we’re hoping that they also serve as heartwarming new favorites that are reminiscent of childhood and happy memories. They all showcase ingredients that helped put Woody’s Bar-B-Q on the map – like our slow-smoked Texas Beef Brisket and Carolina Pulled Pork. After all, that’s what we do best!”
The three Bountiful BBQ Bowls Woody’s Bar-B-Q fans can find at participating locations include:
- Cheesy Beefy Brisket Mac
Combining one of our most popular entrees with one of our most beloved sides, our tender, flavorful Texas Beef Brisket is the star of the show in this bountiful BBQ bowl, lovingly nestled on a bed of creamy Mac ‘n Cheese for a comfort food creation that will have you coming back for more!
- Plentiful Pork ‘n Potatoes
Celebrate the sweet life with this imaginative fusion of one of our most popular slow-smoked BBQ meats and a delectable new side! We top a fluffy foundation of mashed sweet potatoes with a hearty helping of our perfectly prepared pulled pork – then finish this flavorful dish with a generous drizzle of Woody’s signature Southern Sweet sauce.
- Bona Fide Brunswick Stew
A staple on Southern tables since its debut in the 19th century, one of our most popular sides is getting super-sized for a stick-to-your-ribs bowlful of stew that features tender potatoes, corn, carrots, lima beans and tomatoes paired with a proprietary blend of spices, seasonings and our slow-smoked pork. Designed to warm you from the inside out, one bite and you’ll understand why it’s been a classic for two centuries.
