A Place at Home Franchise Business Overview
About A Place at Home
Senior-focused care is a model that provides a continuum of services to the senior population in a manner that is consistent and reliable for each phase of the aging process. By offering services that address the varying needs of seniors, A Place at Home positions itself to become a trusted partner in the senior’s overall care. The well-rounded portfolio of services allow franchisees to recognize revenue from multiple revenue streams.
A Place at Home started back in 2012. It was formed due to two personal stories with the owners, Dustin DIstefano and Jerod Evanich, with their grandparents. When they got into the business they noticed that there were a lot of service offerings to seniors and it was very confusing to navigate them. So they shifted from providing basic in home care to creating a Senior Focused Care model. With this model they are not only able to take care of seniors in the home, they can help them navigate the healthcare continuum, they can assist them in transitioning from home into communities, and they can manage medications as well. It is a full continuum of services that their franchisees are able to offer and set themselves apart.
